Can I Modify My Order?

We understand order modifications to be: changes in style, measurements or color. You can make changes to your order within 24 hours after placing the order, please contact our customer service team for thisAfter 24 hours the garments have already been cut and can no longer be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have not paid for your order yet, please go to your user account and delete the order. If you have already paid for your order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service teamWe will then cancel the order and refund the paid amount.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal.

Do you have standard size?

Maalika K. does not carry clothing in standard sizes. Our products are tailored to each of our customers body shapes.

Shipping

What is the delivery time for my order?

The average delivery time is 3 to 6 weeks from the date of payment.

All garments are hand made by our seamstresses and perfection takes time. Depending on your order placement, garment can arrive at an earlier date. Once your order is cleared to ship, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Shipping is free for orders above $300. For orders below this value shipping costs will be at a flat rate of $6.95 per garment.

I can not locate my order.

If you are having issues locating your order, please send a support ticket to our customer service team being sure to include your order number and tracking information.

Is it possible to get my order sooner?

All garments take a standard of 3-6 weeks to be processed and made. If you desire to have your garment sooner, a fee will be required.

  • 1-2 weeks – $100.00 fee
  • 2-3 weeks – $75.00 fee
  • 3-6 weeks – Standard, no extra fee

Returns/Exchange/Remakes

Can I return the order?

Returns will not be accepted. Each garment is cut and made to your individual measurements. Because of this customization, we do not permit returns. If you have an issue with your order, please refer to the below section “Something is wrong with my order”

Can I exchange for another garment?

Exchanges may be considered based on the issue with the initial order. Please contact us to see if you qualify.

If garment does not fit, can I have a remake?

If a remake is necessary, there will be a required fee of $75 and it will only be processed upon retrieval of initial garment.

The process of taking and entering your measurements are VERY crucial. Because each garment is cut, made, and quality checked to ensure that it will fit the measurements entered, we are not responsible if customer enters an error in their measurements.

Something is wrong with my order

If there is an error with your order, please contact our support team.  We will process your complaint if it falls in the categories listed below.

The following is a list of errors that will be accepted.

  • Not the correct Color
  • Not the correct style

If your complaint is accepted, your garment will be eligible for remake.

Initial garment must be retrieved before remakes can be processed.

Customer is responsible for shipping garment.

Measurements & Tailoring

Why are my measurements needed to tailor a garment?

Maalika K. Clothing believes in providing custom fit suits and garments for each customer. In order to provide this service, your personal body measurements are needed to ensure it will fit perfectly.

How long does it take to create a garment?

All garments take a standard of 3 to 6 weeks to process. We are committed to  providing high quality garments to each customer. Due to the high volume of orders, the process can take longer depending on your order placement, which is why we secure 3 to a possible 6 weeks of processing time.

How do I take my measurements?

With a measuring tape and a friend to assist you, use the diagram to help show you the areas that are required in order to provide a tailor fit garment.

If diagram is not help, we also have an instructional video to guide you.

When does the system ask for my measurements?

The system will require your measurements before you are able to check out.

Do I need my measurements to order a rack garment?

The system will not require you to enter your measurements when ordering a rack garment. However, you will want to know your measurements to ensure that you can fit the garment. Garment measurements will be listed in the description.
